1 ½ oz Tequila ArteNOM 1580 blanco
¼ oz Mina Real mezcal
1 oz grapefruit juice
¼ oz lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup
1 dash rose water
Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass garnished with sal de gusano (sub: chili powder salt) and fresh ice. Top with soda water.
